A graduate of The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, I earned my chocolate and pastry making stripes in the kitchen of Chez Henri. I’m a purist when it comes to chocolate making and baking, using only the finest chocolate couverture and freshest ingredients available.


I’m bringing the joy of chocolate to Boston through my chocolate company vianne chocolat, through the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay where I chair the Association’s Choco
late Group and through a new entrant on the Boston chocolate scene - Taste of Chocolate, where I teach chocolate truffle making classes.
